We do that by investing in strong companies with quality equity sponsors and excellent management teams.

We have extensive financial and advisory resources to assist management of growing companies. We operate as a standalone investment partnership affiliated with private equity firm Norwest Equity Partners.

Strong Results
We target estimated market returns ranging between the mid-teens and the low twenties on an annual IRR basis. We expect our investments to mature in five to eight years, and we have the capability to incorporate flexible structures such as:
- Partial-interest deferral (PIK)
- Coupon-only securities
- Preferred equity investments
- Common equity co-investments
- LLC membership units and other pass-through entities
- Success fees
